护理结局分类系统在急性胰腺炎患者健康教育中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨护理结局分类系统在急性胰腺炎患者健康教育中的应用效果.方法:分析我院2015年12月~2017年4月收治的急性胰腺炎患者41例临床资料,随机分为对照组20例和观察组21例.观察两组急性胰腺炎患者腹胀消失时间、腹痛消失时间、恢复排气时间、腹压痛消失时间、自我管理能力、健康行为评分情况.结果:观察组急性胰腺炎患者腹胀消失时间、腹痛消失时间、恢复排气时间、腹压痛消失时间均低于对照组,观察组急性胰腺炎患者遵医行为、定期检查、饮食习惯、生活习惯、自我监测评分、健康责任、运动锻炼、营养状态、心理状态评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:护理结局分类系统在急性胰腺炎患者健康教育中应用,可以改善临床症状,提高患者自我管理水平和健康行为,值得临床推广应用.%Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing outcome classification system in health education of patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:To analyze 41 cases of acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from December 2015 to April 2017,and randomly divide them into 20 cases in the control group and 21 cases in the observation group.The time of abdominal distention and disappearance of abdominal pain,recovery time of exhaust,abdomi-nal pain relief time,self management ability and health behavior score of two groups of acute pancreatitis patients were observed.Results:The abdominal distension disappearance time,abdominal pain disappearance time,recovery exhaust time and abdominal pressure pain disappearance time of patients with acute pancreatitis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The compliance behavior,regular inspection,eating habits,living habits,self-monitoring scores,health responsibility,exercise,nutritional status and psychological status scores of patients with acute pancreatitis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The application of nursing outcome classification system in the health education of patients with acute pancreatitis could improve the clinical symptoms,improve the level of self-management and health behavior of patients,and was worthy of clinical application.
