经络抚触对新生儿高胆红素血症辅助治疗的效果影响

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the adjuvant therapy effect of meridian touch on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods:Selected 254 newborns with hyper-bilirubinemia treated in our hospital from November 2014 to January 2016, and randomly divided them into two groups: control group and observation group. In the control group, the patients were treated with simple basic touch. The observation group was treated with meridian touch on the basis of the simple touch. The treatment effects of children in the two groups were compared. Results:The serum bilirubin concentration of the observation group was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The time of yellowing of meconium and the time when neonatal jaundice disappeared of the observation group were earlier than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The intake of milk, the average daily sleep time and the behavioral nerve scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P<0. 05). Conclusion:Compared with the simple massage, the supplemental therapy of meridian touch on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can improve the serum bilirubin concentration, shorten the time of yellowing of meconium and the time when neonatal jaundice disappears, and increase the discharge of bilirubin. Therefore it is good for the children growth and development. At the same time, it also increases the intake of milk of children and the daily sleep time. It is worthy of further clinical application.%目的::探讨经络抚触对新生儿高胆红素血症的辅助治疗效果。方法:选取我中心在2014年11月~2016年1月期间收治的高胆红素血症新生儿254例,随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组患儿采取简单基础的抚触,观察组患儿在简单抚触的基础上加用经络抚触,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:观察组患儿血清胆红素浓度低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),胎便转黄时间和黄疸消退时间均早于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿抚触后奶量的摄入情况、每天的平均睡眠时间以及行为神经评分均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经络抚触辅助治疗高胆红素血症与简单抚触相比,可以有效减少血清胆红素的浓度,缩短胎便转黄时间和黄疸消退时间,增加胆红素的排出,有利于新生儿的生长发育,同时也增加了患儿奶量的摄入和每日的睡眠时间,值得临床上进一步推广应用。
