目的：探讨循证护理对冠心病冠状动脉介入术（ PCI）术后患者血管并发症及生存质量的影响。方法：随机抽取我院2014年12月～2015年5月心血管内科行 PCI 的冠心病患者60例作为对照组，实施常规护理；将2015年6～12月的60例患者作为观察组，实施循证护理。观察两组患者护理前后的心理状态变化、生存质量、术后血管并发症以及护理工作满意度。结果：两组患者护理后的 SAS、SDS 评分较护理前均有明显的改善，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），但观察组患者护理后的 SAS、SDS 评分明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（ P ＜0.05）。观察组患者护理后 SF -36生存质量评分明显优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组，满意度优于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论：在冠心病患者 PCI 术后应用循证管理，可以改善患者不良心理状态，提高患者的生存质量，降低术后血管并发症的发生，促进护患关系。%Objective:To discuss the influence of evidence -based nursing on vascular complications and life quality of coronary heart disease patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) surgery.Methods: Selected 60 cases of coronary heart disease patients receiving PCI from cardiovascular medicine of our hospital in the period from December 2014 to May 2015 were drawn randomly and taken as a control group, to receive conventional nursing; 60 cases of patients from June to December 2015 were taken as observation group, to receive evidence -based nursing.Then, the two groups of patients were ob-served in changes of mental status, life quality, vascular complications after surgery, and satisfaction with nursing work before and after PCI surgery.Re-sults: Both groups of patients had a significant improvement in SAS and SDS scores after nursing , and the difference was of statistical significance (P <0. 05); however, the SAS and SDS scores of observation group after nursing was significantly lower than those of control group , and the difference was of sta-tistical significance (P <0.05).SF -36 life quality score of observation group after nursing was significantly superior to that of control group (P <0.05). The observation group had a lower complication incidence rate than the control group , and a higher satisfaction than the control group (P <0.05).Conclu-sion: The application of evidence -based nursing to coronary heart disease patients after PCI surgery could improve the patients’ poor mental status and life quality, reduce the incidence of postoperative vascular complications, and promote the nurse -patient relationship.
