目的：：探讨磁性医院管理模式在护生实习带教过程中的应用效果。方法：对2011年6月~2013年6月来院实习的护生分别进行传统带教(对照组)和磁性医院管理模式带教(试验组)，磁性医院管理模式带教即建立、健全护理实习生的管理制度，对她们进行多方位心理干预，同时采取有效的磁性教育措施。比较两组护生工作适应时间及实习结束后各项指标评价和考核情况。结果：试验组护生工作适应时间短于对照组，各项工作考核均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：磁性医院管理模式在我院护生实习带教过程中效果满意，值得推广运用。%Objective:To discuss the effect of magnetic education used in clinical teaching. Methods:From June 2011 to June 2013 to the hospital internship nursing students were traditional teaching ( the control group) and magnetic teaching hospital management mode ( experimental group) . To establish and im-prove the nursing management system,multiple psychological intervention to them, and at the same time to take effective magnetic education measures. To compare the effect of two groups. Results:The experimental group of nursing students work to adapt shorter than the control group,the assessment of the work was better than the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion:"Magnetic hospital" management model played very good effect during nurse teaching process of our hospital.
