目的：：探讨人工肝血浆置换术治疗各类重型肝炎不良反应的护理方法。方法：通过建立血液回路，平均每例病人进行2次，最多4次血浆置换，治疗过程中严密监测生命体征及不良反应，治疗后继续注意观察相关不良反应的发生。结果：人工肝血浆置换术治疗重型肝炎安全有效，但存在一定的不良反应，经处理全部缓解。结论：综合全面地预防与应对，有效提高血浆置换术治疗安全性，减少不良反应，保证治疗的顺利进行，提高成功率。%Objective:To explore the artificial liver blood plasma replacement nursing for the treatment of all kinds of adverse reactions to fulminant hepati-tis. Methods:Through the establishment of the blood circuit,the average patients for two times up to four times plasma exchange,treatment process of strict monitoring of vital signs and adverse reactions,after treatment to observe related adverse reaction. Results:Artificial liver blood plasma replacement treatment of fulminant hepatitis was safe and effective,but there were some adverse reactions all treated. Conclusion:Comprehensive prevention and response could im-prove the blood plasma replacement therapy in security,reduce adverse reactions,ensure the smooth progress of treatment and improve the success rate.
