新形势下县级中医院护理文化与品牌建设的实践及探索

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the practice and effect of nursing culture and brand construction in Chinese medicine hospital. Methods:By updating the concept of nursing service,develop service detail specification,improve the nurse′s occupation accomplishment,the use of PDCA cycle of quality manage-ment tools to improve quality,improve the service process optimization system,strengthen the construction of nursing,founded and journal of nursing culture practice and exploration of nursing culture and brand building. Results:The nursing work have been generally praised received patients,patient′s satisfaction increased from the previous 96% to 99. 3%. The nursing work has been fully affirmed the county other hospitals,community and peer praise,nursing staff's own sense of self-worth and occupation value sense of promotion. Conclusion:Nnursing practice through a series of management measures,to promote the hospital nursing culture and brand building had significant promoting effect.%目的::探讨中医院护理文化与品牌建设的实践与效果。方法:通过更新护理服务理念,制定服务细节规范,提升护士职业素养,运用PD-CA循环等质量管理工具进行质量改进,完善制度优化服务流程,加强专科护理建设,创办护理文化期刊等进行护理文化与品牌建设的实践及探索。结果:护理工作得到了病人的普遍好评,病人满意度调查从96%上升到99.3%。护理工作得到了县级其他医院同行、社会人士的充分肯定和赞扬,护理人员的自身价值感和职业价值感得到提升。结论:通过一系列护理管理措施的实践,对促进医院护理文化与品牌建设有显著促进成效。
