Objective:This study aims at analyzing for continuing nursing of 103 postoperative patients with esophagectomy,improving the nursing service of discharged patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods:Team of continuing nursing was founded including mainly nurses of thoracic surgery. Individualized healthy education and home-based nursing plan were established for postoperative patients with esophagectomy. Continuing nursing of 103 patiets was per-formed through follow-up by telephone, healthy education based on Internet and outpatient follow -up. Results:Treatment compliance increased from 61. 17% to 93. 20%. Patients′degree of satisfactory for continuing nursing was 93. 20%. Conclusion:Continuing nursing provide continued nursing service for patients with esophagectomy. It can also increase compliance and degree of satisfactory,reduce rate of anastomotic stricture and improve quality of live, which raise the merit of nurse work.%目的：：对103例食管癌开胸术后出院患者的延续护理进行总结分析，以进一步完善出院患者的护理服务。方法：2010年6月~2013年6月，我科对103例食管癌术后患者实施院外延续护理，建立以胸外科护士为主导的延续护理团队，制定针对食管癌术后患者的个性化健康教育及出院后的居家护理计划，主要措施包括电话随访、基于网络平台的健康教育、门诊随访等方式。结果：患者的治疗依从性由61.17%上升到93.20%，患者对延续护理服务的满意度为93.20%。结论：延续护理服务为食管癌术后患者提供了持续不间断的护理，提高了其治疗依从性及满意度。
