目的：：观察研究PDCA循环护理模式对改善关节置换患者康复锻炼认知度、依从性及康复锻炼效能感的效果。方法：选取2011年7月~2013年11月于本院进行关节置换治疗的90例患者为研究对象，将其随机等分为对照组(给予常规康复护理)和观察组(实施PDCA循环护理)，观察比较护理干预4周后两组患者的康复锻炼认知程度、依从性及效能感。结果：观察组康复锻炼认知程度高于对照组，康复锻炼依从性及效能感也分别好于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论：PDCA循环护理模式对关节置换患者康复锻炼依从性及效能感的影响较大，更有助于患者治疗后尽早康复。%Objective:To observe and study the influence degree of PDCA cycle model nursing for the rehabilitation exercise compliance and efficacy of pa-tients with joint replacement. Methods:90 patients with joint replacement in our hospital from July 2011 to November 2013 were randomly divided into con-trol group ( routine rehabilitation nursing group) 45 cases and observation group ( continuous improvement nursing mode group) 45 cases,then the rehabili-tation exercise awareness,compliance and efficacy of two groups after the nursing intervention four weeks were evaluated and compared. Results:The rehabil-itation exercise awareness of observation group at forth weeks after the nursing intervention were higher than those of control group,rehabilitation exercise compliance and efficacy were respectively better than those of control group,all P<0. 05,the evaluation results of two groups after the nursing intervention all had significant differences. Conclusion:The influence of PDCA cycle model nursing mode for the rehabilitation exercise compliance and efficacy of pa-tients with joint replacement is great,and it is more helpful for the quick rehabilitation after the treatment.
