目的：评价和分析产后出血性休克患者应用有创血压监测的临床效果。方法：随机选取2012年2月～2015年6月来本院分娩并发产后出血性休克患者92例为研究对象，测量收缩压＜90 mmHg 者为1组（32例），收缩压在90～140 mmHg 为2组（30例），收缩压＞140 mmHg 为3组（30例），同时对三组进行有创血压和无创血压监测。结果：术后收缩压监测的一致性情况：1组中两种监测方法平均差值为－4．9 mmHg，2组为2．0 mmHg，3组为16．8 mmHg；1组超上限、超下限范围数为0，12．50％；2组超上限、超下限范围数为16．00％，12．00％；3组超上限、超下限范围数为6．67％，0。（2）1组中两种监测方法平均差值为－3．0 mmHg，2组为－4．1 mmHg，3组为0．4 mmHg；1组超上限、超下限范围数为15．63％，12．50％；2组超上限、超下限范围数为4．00％，8．00％；3组超上限、超下限范围数为8．57％，22．86％。结论：有创血压监测可以更细微地监测患者血压的异常情况，准确为医护人员提供患者的基本情况。%Objective:Evaluation and analysis applications postpartum hemorrhage shock invasive blood pressure monitoring clinical results.Methods:ran-domly selected in February 2012 -June 2015 to concurrent postpartum hospital childbirth 92 cases of hemorrhagic shock patients for the study, measuring systolic blood pressure <90 mmHg who as a group (32 cases),systolic blood pressure of 90 to 140 mmHg for the group 2 (30 cases),systolic blood pres-sure >140 mmHg for the three groups (30 cases),while the three groups invasive and noninvasive blood pressure,blood pressure monitoring.Results:Post-operative systolic blood pressure monitoring consistency situations:1 group of two monitoring methods mean difference was -4.9 mmHg,2 group was 2.0 mmHg,3 group was 16.8 mmHg;1 set of super caps, super lower range was 0,12.50%;2 group over the upper limit,the lower limit of the range of the number of ultra -16.00%,12.00%;three groups over the upper limit, the lower limit of the range of the number of super -6.67%,0.Two monitoring methods mean difference (2) 1 group was -3.0 mmHg,2 group was -4.1 mmHg,3 group was 0.4 mmHg;1 set of super caps,super lower range number 15.63%,12.50%;2 group super cap the number of ultra -lower range of 4.00% 8.00%;three groups over the upper limit, the lower limit of the range of the number of super -8.57%,22.86%.Conclusion:The invasive blood pressure monitoring can be more subtle abnormalities of blood pressure monitoring, the exact situation for health care workers to provide basic patient.
