目的：：调查指尖采血测血糖前患者洗手情况，并采取干预措施，提高糖尿病患者指尖采血监测血糖准确度。方法：通过问卷调查和现场查看，调查糖尿病患者指尖采血前洗手状况，为护理工作提供依据，从而采取相应的干预方法。结果：糖尿病患者指尖采血前洗手认知度较低，医护人员对指尖采血前洗手健康宣教不理想。结论：对指尖采血测血糖前患者洗手状况给予适当的护理干预，改变现在不正确的工作模式及健康教育内容，提高糖尿病患者指尖采血测血糖的准确性。%Objective:To improve diabetes finger prick monitoring of blood glucose accuracy. Methods:To investigate the situation of people with diabetes′s measuring blood sugar before handwashing,provide the basis for the nursing,in order to take appropriate interventions. Results:The situation of diabetes pa-tients washing their hands before the finger-prick was not ideal. Conclusion:Change the incorrect mode so as to improve the accuracy of the fingertip blood glucose testing in diabetic patients.
