目的:探讨优化护理流程的目的及要求.方法:回顾性分析我院手足显微外科护理流程优化前后的几项护理指标的变化,总结优化护理流程的经验.结果:护理流程优化后,术前准备时间降低了20 min,术后交接时间缩短了10 min,患者满意率上升了6%.结论:优化护理流程大大提高了护理质量,同时也提高了患者及护士满意度.%Objective: Discussion on the purpose and requirements of nursing process optimization. Methods: Retrospective analyzed of surgical nursing care before and after optimization and process several nursing index changes, summarizes the optimized nursing experience. Results:Nursing processes optimized, preoperative preparation time reduced 20 min,delivery time was decreased 10 min after operation and error rate dropped 4% ,patient's satisfaction rate increased 6%. Nurse satisfaction rate increased 5%. Conclusions: Optimizing care process has greatly enhanced the quality of care, while also improved the satisfaction of patients and nurses.
