Abstract：Objective To evaluate the optimized nursing procedure in nursing care of patients from psychiatry ward. Methods The nursing procedure based on hospitalization flow was carried out in the psychiatry ward. Totally 76 patients selected between January, 2014 and June, 2014 and 78 patients selected between July, 2014 and December, 2014were assigned to the control group and the observation group respectively. The quality of nursing, satisfaction degree of patients and medication compliance were evaluated and compared between two groups. Results The score of nursing quality assessment was higher after implementation of optimized nursing procedure than that before implementation(P0.01). Patients in the observation group had higher satisfaction degree and medication compliance compared with those in the control group(P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion Optimized nursing procedure is an effective tool to improve the nursing quality and medication compliance in psychiatry ward.
机译：摘要：目的评价精神科病房患者护理中的优化护理程序。方法在精神科病房内根据住院流程进行护理。在2014年1月至2014年6月之间选择的76例患者和在2014年7月至2014年12月之间选择的78例患者分别被分为对照组和观察组。评估两组的护理质量，患者满意度和药物依从性。结果优化护理程序实施后，护理质量评价得分高于实施前（P <0.01）。观察组患者的满意度和药物依从性高于对照组（P <0.05或P <0.01）。结论优化护理程序是提高精神科病房护理质量和用药依从性的有效手段。
