Objective;To investigate the effict of jaundice -relieving lotion and early nursing intervention on neonatal jaundice treatment. Methods:343 new-bom with jaundice in our hospital from March 2009 to January 2011 randomly divided into A group, B group and C group, the A group was given conventional treatment, the C group received jaundice - relieving lotion and early massage on the basis of conventional therapy plus jaundice - relieving lotion for the treatment group, C patients in the B group received jaundice - relieving lotion and early massage. To evaluate the effect after treatment in three groups. Results: The three groups of patients were compared, there were significant differences ( P < 0.05 ). The patients inhospital days of three groups has remarkable difference. Conclusion ? The jaundice of the newborn with jaundice lotion and early nursing intervention can obviously improve the curative effect, improve the prognosis of patients.%目的:探讨退黄洗剂联合早期护理干预对新生儿黄疸治疗效果.方法:2009年3月~2011年1月,我院收治新生儿黄疸343例,随机分为A.B、c三组,其中A组患儿采用常规治疗护理;B组患儿在A组基础上采用陈子白黄洗剂进行洗澡;c组患儿采用陈子白黄洗剂联合早期按摩治疗.治疗后对三组患儿的疗效进行评价.结果:三组患儿黄疸情况治疗情况比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),三组患儿住院天数比较有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:对黄疸新生儿采用退黄洗剂并联合早期按摩治疗,可明显提高其疗效,改善患儿预后.
