Objective:To discuss Cardiac valve replacement perioperative infection control measures. Methods:Adopt forward -looking intervention measures to control perioperative each link, retrospective investigation in January 2007 - October 2010 accepted Cardiac valve replacement 52 patients information. Results:Among patients infections occurred after 6 cases,lower infection rate was 11. 5% .other hospitals infection rate was 12. 2%. Conclusion:Cardiac valve replacement perioperative to adopt interventions and control infectious link can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection.%目的:探讨心脏瓣膜置换术围术期感染控制措施.方法:采取前瞻性干预措施,控制围术期各环节,回顾性调查2007年1月~2010年10月接受心脏瓣膜置换术52例患者的资料.结果:本组患者术后发生感染6例,感染率为11.54%,低于其他医院12.2%的感染率.结论:心脏瓣膜置换围术期采取干预措施,控制易感染环节,能有效降低院内感染的发生率.
