Objective:To understand the power system authority workers prevalence of metabolic syndrome, which will provide a basis for nursing intervention measures. Methods :The multi - stage stratified random cluster sampling method to xinjiang power system in 2010 in the medical examination of authority employees 1448 people as subjects,physical examination and questionnaire survey. The results of the detection rate was 19.20%. MS men and women and the detection rate were 23.07% and 9.47% ,there was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion;Xinjiang power system authority employees in metabolic syndrome and other higher risk for the disease,has become a threat to the health of the one of the biggest problems of general nursing problem,is facing new challenges.%目的:了解新疆电力系统机关职工代谢综合征的患病率,为进一步实施护理干预措施提供依据.方法:采用多级随机分层整群抽样的方法对新疆电力系统2010年参加体检的机关在职员工1448名作为调查对象,进行体格检查及问卷调查.结果:代谢综合征的检出率为19.20%;男女检出率分别是23-07%,9.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:新疆电力系统机关员工代谢综合征及其相关疾病患病率较高,已成为威胁该人群健康的一大问题.
