门诊慢性肾脏病患者营养知识认知水平与服务需求的调查研究

         

摘要

目的:调查门诊慢性肾脏病患者的营养知识认知水平和开设营养门诊的服务需求.方法:自行设计问卷调查表,对113例肾脏病患者的营养知识认识水平、营养态度及营养需求进行问卷调查.结果:营养知识及格的肾脏病患者仅达38.94%.不同文化程度的患者对营养知识认识有显著差异(P<0.05).有76.11%的肾脏病患者希望通过营养门诊来获得系统的膳食营养知识,不同肾病情况的患者对需要膳食营养服务需求有显著差异(P<0.05).在需求的服务项目顺位分别为:疾病食疗(93.02%)、营养成份指导(60.47%)、个性化饮食指导(48.84%)、食谱配餐(43.02%).结论:肾病患者营养知识严重缺乏,医务人员有责任通过营养健康教育、营养门诊等方式帮助患者提高营养知识及进行饮食指导,其中患多种慢性病或患多种并发症的患者最需求营养知识和膳食指导.在门诊营养服务中,可重点指导患者疾病食疗和讲解食物营养成份,根据患者病情及个人需求,进一步进行个性化饮食指导和食谱配餐服务.%Objective: To research the level of dietary nutrition and serving requirements for nephropathic patients in out - patient department. Methods: With designed questionnaire, the level of dietary nutrition, nutrition attitudes and nutrition requirements will be surveyed in 113 nephropathic patients. Results: The passing level of nutrition knowledge was only 38. 94% in nephropathic patients. The understanding of nutrition was significantly different with different degrees of cultural knowledge(P < 0.05 ) . 76.11 % of nephropathic patients hope to get whole knowledge of dietary nutrition through Nutrition Clinic. The serving requirements of Nutrition Clinic are significantly different in different degrees of nephropathic patients(P <0.05) . The sortorder of required services were; disease diet (93.02% ) , nutritional guidance (60.47%) , personalized dietary guidance (48.84% ) , recipes catering (43.02%). Conclusions:As a serious lack of nutrition knowledge, it is our responsibility to help patients to improve the knowledge of nutrition and diet, which can be carry out via nutrition health education and nutrition clinic. It is more importance for nephropathic patients who suffering from multiple chronic diseases and a variety of complications. In the outpatient nutrition services, we should focus on diet and ingredient of food to guide patients to understand the impact of food on ne-phropathy. For further efforts, we should provide personalized dietary guidance and recipes catering services, according to the patient's condition and personal demands.
