实习护生对精神科带教老师评价结果的调查分析

         

摘要

Objective: To understand four aspects of evaluation on psychiatric nursing teachers by nursing students, which includes teaching ability, teaching attitude, professional ethics, professional quality, and to analyze quality and ablity for psychiatric nursing teachers. To provide psychiatric nursing teachers with direction of improving their quality and to lay foundation for good teaching job. Methods: The survey was administered in 98 practical nurses in our hospital, with a self- made questionnaire practical nurses' evaluation on clinical nursing teachers questionnaire. Results:Practical nurses' evaluation on teaching ability and teaching attitude of psychiatric nursing teachers was relatively low, and their evaluation on professional ethics and professional quality of psychiatric nursing teachers was relatively high. Conclusions: In order to develop more new nursing personnel, we should continuously improve clinical teaching management system, select the best nursing teachers, research new teaching methods and adapt to new medical model in the future teaching job.%目的:了解实习护生对精神科带教老师的教学能力、带教态度、职业道德、专业素质4个方面的评价,分析精神科带教老师需具备的素质和能力,为带教老师提高自身素质提供努力方向,为做好带教工作奠定基础.方法:采用自制"护生对临床带教老师评价调查表",对来我院实习的98名护生进行调查.结果:护生对精神科带教老师的教学能力、带教态度的评价相对较低,而对职业道德、专业素质的评价相对较高.结论:在今后的教学工作中需不断完善临床教学管理体系,选择优秀的带教老师,研究新的带教方法,适应新的医学模式,以培养更多新型的护理人才.
