Objective;To observe and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of prevent pressure ulcers occurring bed older with mepore film. Methods: We e-valuated the records of 71 hospitalized elderly patients need to stay in bed. All the patients' RAS score less than 15 points on admission, 36 patients belong to mepore film group (M group) and 35 patients belong to control group ( C group) by randomization. To observe the conditions of local skin damage, erythema, itching, infection of two groups. Results;The most common pressure sites were sacroiliac in the two groups. Comparison of two groups the local skin damage,erythema,infection were significant. The skin itch of two groups was no significant difference. Conclusion:The mepore film can effectively prevent pressure ulcer for aged people lying in bed, and will not increase the local skin itching.%目的:观察评估美舒贴膜在预防卧床老年人压疮发生中的有效性和安全性.方法:入院时按Braden量表进行RAS评分,评分<15分纳入研究对象,共收集病例71例.所选病例随机分为美舒贴膜组36例和常规组35例.观察两组病人受压部位皮肤破损、红斑、瘙痒、感染情况.结果:两组病人局部皮肤破损、红斑、感染发生情况比较,差异均有统计学意义;两组病人局部皮肤瘙痒比较,差异无统计学意义.结论:美舒贴膜可有效预防卧床老年病人发生压疮,不会增加局部皮肤瘙痒.
