Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of pressure-lowering pads in prevention of facial skin pressure sores in patients using noninvasive ventilator. Methods A total of 64 patients using noninvasive ventilation by nasal-face mask were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 32 cases in each group. The pressure-lowering pad for facial skin protection was used in the observation group and the common gauze was used in the control group. The incidence and severity of facial skin pressure sores were observed and compared between two groups. Results The overall rate of pressure sores was 3.12%(1 case of grade I pressure sores)in the observation group and was 21.88%(7/32)(3 cases of grade I pressure sores and 4 cases of grade II pressure sores), with a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Application of pressure-lowering pads can reduce the risk of facial skin pressure sores and improve the tolerance in patients using noninvasive ventilator.
机译：摘要：目的探讨无创呼吸机降压垫在预防面部皮肤疮疮中的作用。方法将64例经鼻面罩无创通气的患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组32例。观察组使用面部皮肤保护用降压垫，对照组使用普通纱布。观察并比较两组面部皮肤压疮的发生率和严重程度。结果观察组总压疮率为3.12％（I级压疮1例），总率为21.88％（7/32）（I级压疮3例，II级压疮4例），差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论应用降压垫可降低无创呼吸机患者面部皮肤褥疮的风险，并提高耐受性。
