目的:探讨医院与居家护理互动对腹膜透析患者依从性的影响.方法:将50例终末期肾脏病(ESRD)患者随机分对照组和干预组各30例.对照组采用常规指导,干预组在此基础上采用系统的医院居家互动式护理干预,比较两组患者干预后治疗依从性.结果:两组患者对透析方案及门诊复渗的依从性比较无统计学意义(P＞0.05),而对透析操作不规范未按时充分评估、水盐控制不理想方面比较干预组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:对腹膜透析患者实施医院居家互动式护理干预可提高患者治疗的依从性.%Objective;To discuss hospital and home care interaction on peritoneal dialysis patients compliance influence. Methods:60 patients with end -stage renal disease(ESRD)patients were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 30 cases in cach group. The control group using conventional guidance,the intervention group on the basis of the system of hospital home interactive nursing intervention,and in two groups after the intervention of the treatment compliance in patients investigated. Results: In two groups of patients on dialysis solution and out - patient referral compliance is no statistical difference(P>0.05), while on the operation of dialysis,dialysis adequacy assessment and salt control compliance differences, that the intervention group was lower than control group ( P <0.05) . Conclusion: On the implementation of hospital home peritoneal dialysis patients with interactive nursing intervention can improve patients compliance.
