目的:了解产科实施连续排班模式前后病人对护理工作满意度的影响.方法:通过问卷调查的方法,对我院产科护理工作实施APN连续排班前后病人满意度进行调查.结果:APN连续排班前的护理服务质量满意度为83.3%,整改后的满意度为97.9%,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论:实施APN连续性排班是护理管理模式的改革,能提高病人对护理服务质量的满意度.%Objective:To investigate the patients satisfactory rate of nursing service quality after APN continuous arrange duty in obstetrial department.Methods:The patients who hospitalized after carried into APN continuous arrange duty and who hospitalized before carried into APN continuous arrange duty were investigated by questionnaire.Results:After APN continuous arrange duty periods,patients satisfactory rate was 97.9% and before APN continuous arrange duty periods, patients satisfactory rate was 83.3%,there was significantly diferencese in the two periods(P＜0.01).Conclusion:APN continuous arrange duty in the nursing work can improving nursing service quality and patients satisfactory rate.
