This article reviewed the diagnostic criteria and methods of home blood pressure monitoring,the blood pressure character-istics of the elderly hypertensive patients,and the application value of home blood pressure monitoring in the elderly hypertensive pa-tients.It summarized the problems of home blood pressure monitoring among the elderly hypertensive patients in China and pointed out the future research direction.%综述了家庭血压监测的诊断标准及方法、老年高血压病人血压特点、家庭血压监测对老年高血压病人的应用价值,总结我国老年高血压病人家庭血压监测存在的问题,并指出今后的研究方向.
