对国内外提高护理操作技能研究的相关理论、方法进行综述,认为建立护理操作技能网络辅助系统及多种教学与考评方式不但顺应了国内外护理教学改革的方向,而且便于实现护理人员掌握及提高技能.%It reviewed the related theory and methods of improving the nursing operation skills in abroad and at home. It thought that establishing the nursing operation skills network auxiliary system and varieties of teaching and evaluation ways can not only conform to the domestic and foreign nursing teaching reform, but also was convenient to realize the nursing staff to master and improve their skills.
