Through analyzing in - depth systematic characteristics of the adverse structure in tutor system,it put forward the thought by adopting the interests-coordination soft systems methodology (ISSM) for research on ideas of teacher performance appraisal issues. And it analyzed the basic compositions of performance appraisal system by adopting the logical steps of ISSM. The design of performance appraisal mode of the ISSM could handle "soft issues" occurred in performance appraisal of tutors timely and effectively. It could make up for deficiencies of the traditional design of performance appraisal, so as to enhance teaching quality and efficiency.%通过深入分析导师系统中的不良结构系统特性,提出了采用利益协调软系统方法论(ISSM)研究导师绩效考核问题的思路,并采用ISSM逻辑步骤分析绩效考核体系的基本构成.ISSM绩效考核模式的设计,使导师绩效考核中出现的"软问题"能得到及时有效的处理,弥补传统考核设计中的不足,从而有效提高教学质量和效率.
