2013年《ICU成人病人疼痛、躁动和谵妄处理的临床实践指南》(PAD)对镇静镇痛、谵妄管理的最佳证据进行了临床推荐,但是镇静镇痛不足或过度仍然是临床较为常见的问题.本研究对Vincent教授提出的"以护士为主导,以病人为中心"的舒化浅镇静理念进行整理分析,讨论其对我国临床镇静镇痛护理实践的启示,旨在为以后的临床研究和应用提供理论基础.%The " Clinical practice Guide to the Management of pain, restlessness and delirium in Adult ICU patients" in 2013 (PAD) recommended the best evidences for sedation, analgesia and management of delirium.However, insufficient or excessive sedation and analgesia were still common clinical problems.In this study, the author analyzed the concept of "nurse as the leading factor and patient as the center" put forward by Professor Vincent, and discussed its enlightenment to the clinical practice of sedation and analgesia in China.The aim was to provide theoretical basis for clinical research and application in the future.
