储气库注采参数与管柱临界屈曲载荷分析

         

摘要

针对华北油田储气井井身结构及其采气过程,开展了储气井井口油压、产量与油管柱屈曲变形的深入研究.在前人研究的基础上,讨论了管柱在井筒中发生正弦屈曲或螺旋屈曲变形的3个临界载荷值以及这3个临界载荷之间的屈曲状态,在此基础上,得到了划分不稳定区的新临界载荷,推导出了计算油管底部轴向力的数学模型.基于带有封隔器的管柱力学分析和理论研究、封隔器管柱中的各种效应变化计算数学模型以及建立的管柱临界屈曲载荷的数学模型,用VB2013开发出了一套储气井注采管柱力学安全性评价软件,应用该软件对华北油田S-x储气井注采管柱进行了研究,为储气井井口油压、产量等参数的优选及注采管柱安全性评价提供依据.%Wellhead tubing pressure, production rate and tubing string buckling deformation of gas storage wells were studied thor-oughly based on the casing program and gas production process of gas storage wells in Huabei Oilfield. Three critical loads under which the pipe string suffers sinusoidal or helical buckling deformation in the wellbore and the buckling states between these three critical loads were discussed. And accordingly, the new critical load for the classification of unstable sections was determined and the mathematical model for calculating the axial force at the bottom of tubing was derived. Based on the mechanical analysis and theoretical research on the pipe string with packer, the mathematical model for calculating various effect changes on packer strings and the established mathe-matical model for calculating critical buckling load of pipe string, a set of safety evaluation software for injection and production string of gas storage well was developed by means of VB2013. And then this software was used to study the injection and production string of gas storage well S-x in Huabei Oilfield. It provides the theoretical basis for the parameter selection of gas storage wells (e.g. wellhead tubing pressure and production rate) and for the safety evaluation of injection and production strings.
