杨税务潜山高温油气藏勘探突破的关键井筒技术

         

摘要

杨税务潜山是冀中坳陷重点勘探区域,具有良好的勘探前景.AT1x井是该区域的一口风险探井,完钻井深5496 m,储层温度超过180 ℃,钻遇地层岩性复杂,井筒作业面临钻井提速难、井壁防塌难、储层评价难、储层改造难等一系列问题.为此针对高温潜山油藏勘探开发的关键井筒技术进行了攻关:在电镜扫描发现裂缝的基础上,在KCl复合盐钻井液中加入聚胺抑制剂和纳米防塌封堵剂,钻井液封堵能力提高,平均井径扩大率小于10%;优选出PDC钻头及其配套提速工具,平均机械钻速由可对比井的1.94 m/h提高到4.11 m/h;采用常规+成像+偶极声波远探测的一体化配套测井技术系列,实现了由井筒到井旁缝洞体精细刻画,为储层评价及压裂选层提供了依据;研发了"深度沟通裂缝和储层体积改造"相结合的高温裂缝型碳酸盐岩储层体积酸压改造技术.AT1井酸压后试油日产气41×104m3、日产油71 m3,实现了冀中北部深潜山勘探的新突破.上述技术有效解决了冀中坳陷杨税务潜山开发井筒难题,也为高温深井裂缝性油藏开发提供了可选择的技术.%Yangshuiwu buried hill is one major exploration area in Jizhong depression and its exploration prospect is promising. Well AT1x is a wildcat well in this area, and its total depth is 5 496 m. The reservoir temperature is over 180 ℃ and the formations drilled in this well are lithologically complex. And the wellbore operation is faced with a series of difficulties in terms of rate of penetra-tion (ROP) improvement, borehole wall anti-sloughing, reservoir evaluation, reservoir stimulation, etc. In this paper, the key wellbore technologies for the exploration and development of high-temperature buried hill oil reservoirs were researched. The first is drilling fluid technology. Fractures are discovered through scanning electron microscope (SEM), and correspondingly the drilling fluid of KCl composite salt is added with polyamine inhibitor and nano anti-sloughing blocking agent. Thus, the blocking capacity of drilling fluid is improved and the average hole enlargement ratio is less than 10%. The second is drilling bit selection technology. The PDC bit and its support ROP improvement tool are selected, and consequently the average ROP is increased to 4.11 m/h while the average ROP of its comparable well is 1.94 m/h. The third is logging technology. A series of integrated conventional logging+imaging+dipole acoustic imaging logging technologies are adopted. As a result, the fractures and cavities near the well can be also described precisely so as to pro-vide the basis for reservoir evaluation and fracturing layer selection. And the fourth is fracturing stimulation technology. The SRV acid fracturing technology suitable for high-temperature fractured carbonate reservoirs is developed by combining in-depth fracture commu-nicating technology with stimulated reservoir volume (SRV). And by virtue of this technology, daily gas production and oil production of Well AT1x after acid fracturing is kept at 41×104m3and 71 m3, respectively during the production test. And as a result, new exploration breakthrough is realized in the deep buried hills in northern Jizhong depression. These technologies settle down the wellbore difficulties during the development of Yangshuiwu buried hill in Jizhong depression, and provide the candidate technologies for the development of high-temperature fractured oil reservoirs by means of deep wells.
