预充填防砂筛管在海上砂岩油藏适应性评价

         

摘要

我国海上油田使用独立优质筛管或者放大筛管挡砂粒径来提高产量,该措施有时会引起油井出砂不可控。设计了以砾石层为主要防砂介质的预充填防砂筛管,基于海上某油田地层特性的统计结果进行了防砂试验,结果表明:米采指数与泥质含量及含砂量成反比关系,泥质含量在5%~10%时对筛管的堵塞影响较大,且米采指数前者是后者的2.5倍;调节生产压差仅在短时间内有助于提高产量,对长效增产意义不大。对比预充填筛管与现场常用独立优质筛管的防砂效果,发现前者对海上地层适应性范围更广,更能满足油井防砂要求。%Using screen independently or enlarge screen size to improve production in China′s off-shore oil field sometimes causes well sanding to be uncontrollable.In this paper,pre-packed screen is introduces,which design in sand control is gravel lay er.Based on the offshore oil field formation characteristics,the pre-packed screen is used to research on the screen effect in sand control ex-periment.It is found that (1)the fluid productivity index per meter (FPIPM)is inversely propor-tional relationship with clay content and sand content.When the clay content is between 5% and 10%,the influence of the screen clogged is bigger.The former FPIPM is 2.5 times of the latter. (2)It is only for a short time to improve the production with adjusting the drawdown pressure.So this is not a good idea to increase production for a long time.And these results are analyzed com-paratively with high quality sieve screen independent.It is found that the formation adaptability of the pre-packed screen is wider than high quality sieve screen under the offshore oilfield formation. So the pre-packed screen is more satisfy the sand control requirements.
