中俄二线多年冻土区并行管道管沟爆破开挖技术

         

摘要

China-Russia Second Crude Oil Pipeline, which is paralleled with Mohe-Daqing Pipe-line, crosses the permafrost regions of Great Khingan, Lesser Khingan and Nenjiang Valley. During the period of winner construction of China-Russia Second Crude Oil Pipeline, suitable blasting schemes and monitoring techniques should be chosen to ensure the safety of Mohe-Daqing Pipeline. The project geology types and blasting parameters are different in permafrost regions. Under the same geological conditions, the small dose test should be taken before large-scale blasting, and vibration monitoring should be conducted at the same time. Only reasonable blasting parameters and monitoring means are selected, the safety of Mohe-Daqing Pipeline and construction progress of China-Russia Second Pipeline in permafrost regions can be ensured. By doing so, the paralleling space of the two pipelines can be reduced, and the deforestation area of forest regions can be decreased, thus bringing huge economic and social benefits.%中俄原油管道二线与漠大线管道并行,途经大小兴安岭和嫩江河谷的多年冻土区,为保证漠大线管道的安全,中俄二线冬季施工时必须选择合适的爆破方案和监测技术.多年冻土区的工程地质类型不同,施工爆破的参数也不同,同一地质条件下大规模爆破前必须进行小药量试炮,并同时配合振动监测,只有选择合理的爆破参数及监测手段,才能保证漠大线管道的安全和中俄二线在多年冻土区的建设进度,才能减小两条管道的并行间距,进而减少林区森林砍伐面积,从而产生可观的经济效益和社会效益.
