石太管道顺序输送的混油问题

         

摘要

对顺序输送过程中汽油前行柴油后行的混油过程进行数值模拟分析,借助CFD仿真软件建立油品交替输送的二维流动传质耦合模型.模拟结果表明,混油段并非始终以楔形向前行油品楔入扩散,当混油段发展至一定长度后,混油头形状由楔形变为混油浓度梯度较大的楔形面突入前行油品.利用一维理论公式和修正后的Austin经验公式对不同运行方案下的混油量进行计算,并与各站产生的实际混油量做对比分析,分析结果表明,用修正后的经验公式计算的混油量值与管线实际下载混油量之间的误差在允许误差范围之内,石太成品油管道应用此经验公式指导现场估算混油量是可行的.%Based on the analysis of the contrast of the different oil-delivered processes, the two-di-mensional coupled flow and mass transfer model is built by CFD software. The simulation result shows that contaminated paragraph did not keep the shape of wedge all the time when it spread to the forward oil. The front face of contaminated paragraph transfer steeple from wedge until contaminated volume was stretched. The contaminated volume in the different delivery program was calculated by using two formulas (theory and experience).And a comparative analysis was made with contaminated amount ac-tually produced in each station. The result shows that the experience formula's calculated outcome close to the amount actually produced. So Shi-Tai pipeline using the way of calculating contaminated volume through the experience formula is feasible.
