管道内检测技术可以确定管道的腐蚀和裂纹缺陷,保障管道的长效运行,美国石油协会标准API Std 1163—2013是管道内检测技术的综合性标准,目前石油行业标准《管道内检测系统的鉴定(SY/T 6825—2011)》采标为API Std 1163—2005版.介绍了API Std 1163—2013新修订的技术性条款,包括内检测器运行的限制条件、内检测系统探测的金属腐蚀缺陷和裂纹分级、内检测系统识别概率和检测概率、内检测系统通过能力、内检测数据核查与验证等,以及与API Std 1163—2005版的差异,建议在修订国内标准SY/T 6825—2011时将API Std 1163—2013新增条款纳入更新内容,提高我国管道内检测作业的规范性.%The pipeline In-line inspection technology can determine the pipeline corrosion and crack defection and ensure pipeline safe operation for a long time. American Petroleum Institute (API) Std 1163—2013 is the comprehensive standard of in-line inspection technology,and now the petroleum in-dustry standard of In-line Inspection System Identification (SY/T 6825—2011) adopts the edition of API Std 1163-2005.The important technical provisions of the new revision of API Std 1163-2013 are intro-duced, such as operation limiting conditions of in-line inspection devices, metal corrosion defect and crack degrees of in-line inspection system detection, POI and POD of in-line inspection system, in-line inspection system passing capacity,in-line inspection data review and verification and the differences from the edition of API Std 1163-2005.In order to improve the standardization of pipeline in-line in-spection operation in China, it is suggested that the national standard of SY/T 6825-2011 should be modified with the updated contents of API Std 1163-2013.
