生活污水处理厂污泥臭氧破解的实验研究

         

摘要

目前大庆油田的生活污水处理厂大部分采用生物处理工艺,每年产生大量的废弃污泥.为减少油田生活污水处理厂污泥排放量,采用臭氧氧化污泥的方式进行实验,分析比较臭氧破解污泥前后释放出来的SCOD、蛋白质、多聚糖、核酸等物质的含量.由实验数据推测出每克污泥在臭氧投加量为0~50 mg、破解时间0~50 min的条件下,臭氧氧化作用并没有影响到污泥中的细胞,没有使细胞破碎释放出胞内有机物,仅氧化了胞外聚合物,破坏架桥使污泥絮体解体或是稍微渗入细胞壁.实验数据与结论为确定生活污水处理厂臭氧破解污泥程度提供了参考依据.%At present,most sewage treatment plants in IDaqing use the biological treatment process,which produces a large amount of waste sludge every year.In order to reduce the discharge amount of sludge in oilfield domestic sewage treatment plants,the sludge ozone oxidation method is used to do experiments and contents of the SCOD,protein,polysaccharide,nucleic acid and other substances released from the sludge before and after ozone cracking are analyzed and compared.Through experimental data it is speculated that under the conditions of ozone dosage 0 ~ 50 mg and cracking time 0 ~ 50 min per gram of sludge,ozone oxidation does not affect the cells in sludge and make the cells break up and release the intracellular organics.It only oxidizes the extracellular polymer and destroys bridges so that the sludge floc would disintegrate or slightly permeate into cell walls.The data and conclusions of the experiment provide a reference for ensuring the sludge ozone cracking degree in domestic sewage treatment plants.
