涧峪岔转油站总图设计结合该站址荒山地形及高差,采用台阶式布局,原油装卸及油水分离采用自流式流程,管网布置采用了低墩架空管廊带、盖板涵穿越行车道路的形式.该转油站已成功投产运行两年多,实现了原油装卸及油水分离流程的零耗电;与平原站场相比,转油泵房及其他设备、设施得到了有效简化,总工程费用减少约10％,运行成本节约20％左右.%The general layout design of JianYuCha transfer station considers its barren topography and great attitude difference and uses the terraced layout.The gravity-flow flow path is applied to crude oil loading-unloading and oil-water separation,and the pipe network design uses patterns of the low pier cross-over pipe corridor and slab culvert roadway-crossing.The transfer station has been successfully operating and producing for more than 2 years,and zero electricity consumption is realized in the process of crude oil loading-unloading and oil-water separation;compared with stations in the plain,though the cost of the side slope protection project of the station is higher,the oil transfer pump room and other equipments and facilities are effectively simplified.The total construction cost is reduced by about 10％,and the operation cost is saved by about 20％.
