电解防垢技术在三元复合驱配注工艺的应用研究

         

摘要

In order to solve the problem that the serious scaling in the injection process of weak base alkaline surfactant polymer (ASP) flooding system has bigger influence on the surface process,the experimental study on the electrolytic anti-scaling method is carried out.The feasibility ofelectrolytic anti-scaling technology application to the anti-scaling process of ASP flooding is studied from five aspects of anti-scaling effect,anti-scaling mechanism,stability of viscosity and interfacial tension,process parameters and injection ability.According to experiment results,the electrode system with Al as anode and Fe as cathode is optimized,and relevant parameters are determined,which makes the removal rate of Ca2+ and Mg2+ in water 60% and 62% respectively.Through the artificial core injection capability experiment,it is proved that using the electrolyzed water filtrated through the 25μm membrane to allocate ternary system would not block the formation and the water can be applied to antiscaling ofweak base ASP,which has a wide application prospect.%针对弱碱三元复合驱体系在注入过程中结垢严重,对地面工艺影响较大的问题,开展了电解方法防垢的实验研究,从防垢效果、防垢机理、黏度和界面张力稳定性、工艺参数及注入能力5个方面探讨了电解防垢技术应用于三元复合驱配注工艺防垢的可行性.根据实验结果,优选出了Al作为阳极、Fe作为阴极的电极体系,并确定了相应的工艺参数,实现水中Ca2+脱除率60%,Mg2+脱除率62%.通过人造岩心注入能力实验,证明经过25μm膜片过滤后的电解水配制三元体系不会造成地层堵塞,可应用于弱碱三元体系的防垢,具有广阔的应用前景.
