冀东油田南堡1-5区注入水相容性研究

         

摘要

During water injection process in the oilfield, existed many problems, such as high pressure of water injection wells, low water absorption index, slow injection out-come,insufficient injection rate, etc,which seriously affect the development of oilfield. By analyzing quality of water, the compatibility of injection water with produced water and for-mation in Nanpu 1-5 area of Jidong oilfield were studied by the scaling prediction and labora-tory simulation methods. When mixing the injection water and produced water in different proportions, there was not scale to form at 20 ℃, whereas calcium carbonate scale deposits occurred at 90℃. Through the microscopic analysis of scale samples on the wellbore, the main composition of the scale was calcium carbonate. This analysis was about the same as the results of scaling prediction and laboratory simulation methods. Through dynamic compatibili-ty experiments, we found that both the incompatible of injection water and plugged of solid particle can lead to the permeability of core reduce in some different degree. Because of the incompatibility of injection water in Nanpu 1-5 area of Jidong oilfield, corresponding im-provement measures were put forward in order to improve the water injection ability and keep the oilfield injection-production balance.%在油田注水开发过程中,随着注水量的不断增加,部分井存在注水压力高、吸水指数低、注水见效慢、不能达到配注要求等问题,严重影响油田开发效果.通过对冀东油田南堡1-5区注入水、地层产出水进行水质分析,并采用室内模拟实验与结垢趋势预测相结合的方式,分析评价注入水与采出水、储层的相容性.静态相容性实验结果表明,南堡油田1-5区注入水和采出水按任意比例混配后,在20 ℃下不会生成垢,但在90 ℃下均有碳酸钙垢产生.通过动态相容性实验发现,注入水与储层、采出水不相容,注入水中固相颗粒堵塞,均会导致岩心渗透率不同程度的下降.针对冀东油田南堡1-5区注入水的相容性情况,提出改善措施,以提高注水能力,保持油田注采平衡.
