高含盐重质原油脱盐工艺优化

         

摘要

The Iran-Iraq oilfield lies in desert or swamp area where scarcely populated. The crude oil there physical property is poor and product specification is demanding.For de-veloping the Iran-Iraq oilfield speedly and safely, the desalting technique must be optimized. The electrostatic desalting of heavy crude oil is sensitive to desalting temperature, mixing in-tensity, the quantity of crystal salt and the location of washing water injection. The increas-ing of temperature, mixing intensity and the repeatedly mixing with little water process have good effect to the electrostatic desalting. The Iran-Iraq project practice proves that the opti-mized process can fully meet the requirements for desalination of high salinity heavy oil.%两伊地区的油田不但处于地广人稀的沙漠或沼泽地带,而且原油物性差、产品指标要求苛刻,为了能够高效地开发两伊油田,须对高含盐重质原油电脱盐工艺进行研究和优化.重质原油电脱盐对温度、混合强度、结晶盐的数量、掺水点的位置比较敏感,提高温度及混合强度,采用少量多次的掺水工艺都可明显提高电脱盐的效果.两伊项目实践证明,优化后工艺完全满足髙含盐重质原油的脱盐工艺要求.
