拱顶罐设计压力对低压火炬管网系统的影响

         

摘要

伊朗北阿项目原油脱气塔、原油拱顶罐和污水沉降罐等设备气出口通过火炬管网连接至低压火炬,最远端设备距离火炬约500 m。原FEED设计中拱顶罐设计压力为0.002 MPa(G),受大罐背压影响,低压火炬系统需较大管径;在详细设计中采纳国际知名设计咨询商的审查意见,提高拱顶罐设计压力到0.004 MPa(G)。通过计算两种不同设计压力条件下大罐主体工程量,在此基础上计算了两种不同设计压力条件下低压火炬管网系统管径,经技术和经济对比分析认为,将拱顶罐的设计压力从0.002 MPa(G)提高到了0.004 MPa(G),节约成本约82.8万美元,具有可行性和经济性,值得推广和应用。%The air outlets of degassing tower, oil tanks and produced water sedimentation tanks are connected to low pressure flare network in North Azadegan Oilfield development project.The most remote equipment is about 500 meters away from the flare stack.The de-signing pressure of oil tanks is 0.002 MPag in FEED design stage. Affected by the back pres-sure of oil tanks, the pipe size of low pressure flare system should be very large correspond-ingly. According to the recommendation of world famous engineering consulters, the design pressure of tanks was changed to be 0.004 MPag in the detailed engineering stage. Through detailed calculation of the pipe size of low pressure flare network and work load of those tanks, the economic analysis shows that if the design pressure of oil tanks was changed from 0.002 MPag to 0.004 MPag, the costs could be saved 828 thousand U.S.dollar, and the de-sign is more economical and worth to be popularized and applied.
