港清复线永清气站管路振动模拟研究

         

摘要

In Yongqing gas station the pipe vibrated as the multiple pipelines from Dagang to Yongqing (Gang-Qing) is used for injecting gas to Dagang Gas Storage. In order to study the vibration of natural gas pipeline, the model of pipe vibration system is set up and re-searched by the fluid-structure couple vibration theory. By changing pipeline structure and fluid system,Auto pipe and Fluent are used for the detailed analysis of the cause of vibration, provide two wags to solve the problem of pipeline system vibration, such as by changing the pipeline system natural frequencg and change of fluid flow. Applying the simulation to the project,the results show that the pipe vibration value greatly reduced.%永清气站通过港清复线为大港储气库注气,为解决注气过程中站内管线产生的振动问题,建立了管道振动数学模型,并根据流固耦合理论对管路振动进行模拟研究。通过改变管道结构和流体流态,应用Auto pipe和Fluent软件对管道产生振动的原因进行分析,分析结果表明,改变管路系统固有频率和流体流态可以解决管路系统的振动问题。将模拟结果应用于工程实际,管路振幅大大降低。
