球形油气压力容器应力分析与评估

         

摘要

通过对球形油气压力容器结构进行简化建立等效数学模型,以推导的应力计算理论公式为基础对等效模型的应力进行计算,得出应力均匀分布并且同内部压强呈线性变化的规律。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对实际结构的球形油气压力容器进行仿真实验,分析研究该球形油气压力容器在存储油气的工况下,球体承压结构在工作条件下的应力和形变分布规律,为该类型球形油气压力容器的安全使用和安全评估提供了科学的依据,也为后续研究提供了理论和实验参考。%The spherical pressure vessel of oil and gas equivalent mathematical model is es-tablished through simplify the structure, based on the theory of stress calculation formula is derived for the stress calculation of equivalent model, analysis the stress distribution law of pressure vessel equivalent model, it is concluded that the stress uniform distribution and with the laws of the internal pressure into a linear change. Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to the actual structure of oil and gas are simulated experiment, analyzed the spherical pressure vessel of oil and gas in oil and gas storage work situation,spherical ball bearing struc-ture of oil and gas pressure vessel under the working conditions of stress and deformation dis-tribution, for the type of the safe use and safety of spherical pressure vessel of oil and gas as-sessment provides the scientific basis,and also provides the theoretical and experimental refer-ence for follow-up study.
