Aiming at the problems of traditional development mode, the article puts forward that coal enterprises use information technology to promote the old industrial chain and accomplish delicacy management. Simultaneously, the enterprises use the business model of "Internet plus Coal" to reduce coal trading hierarchy and improve service quality. Combining production, management, marketing of coal enterprises with internet and information technology, the author tries to discover a more efficient development mode and promote the structural reform of coal industry.%针对传统发展模式存在的问题，提出利用信息技术改造提升传统产业链，实现精细化管理和协调配合。同时，采用“互联网+煤炭”的商业模式，降低煤炭贸易层级，提升用户服务。将信息技术、互联网与煤炭企业的生产、管理、销售融合，寻求更高效率的发展模式，推动煤炭行业的供给侧结构改革。
