To meet the need of modern production and choose appropriate high precision measuring instrument, the results of crankshaft roundness of three different instruments (ADCOLE, roundness machine and CMM) will be compared. Error analysis and uncertainty will be calculated and compared. The deviations and causes of different measuring instruments at certain dimension will be discussed. Considering of technology and economy, the selection of instrument will be discussed.%为了研究如何根据现代化生产需要,选择合适的高精度测量设备,现用ADCOLE测量仪、圆度仪和三坐标测量机,就曲轴的圆度进行测量,并进行误差来源分析、不确定度计算及比对.比较在测量某一尺寸时,设备间的差异性及原因.探讨如何兼顾技术性与经济性,进行设备的选择.
