防出桶加速的拨桶输送链设计

         

摘要

目前在直线型液体灌装生产线中,由于现有技术的缺陷,拨桶输送链末端包装桶会突然加速,造成液体物料喷溅.为解决此问题,设计了防出桶加速的拨桶输送链,包括输送链条、拨桶板和防出桶加速机构.防出桶加速机构为三角形挠性件连杆机构,竖连杆和斜连杆在输送链上方铰接在一起,两连杆另一端分别铰接在链条的销轴上,两销轴间的链条相当于挠性软杆.这种输送链能够有效防止输送线末端桶的突然加速,解决了装满液体物料的包装桶由于突然加速而喷溅物料的难题.%At present,in the linear liquid filling production line,due to the defects of the existing technology, the packaging barrel will be suddenly accelerated at the end of the barrel conveyor chain, which can result in spraying of the liquid material. In order to solve this problem,a new kind of conveyor chain for preventing sudden acceleration of the leaving barrel,including the conveyor chain,the barrel pushing plate and the anti-acceleration mechanism of the leaving barrel. The anti-acceleration mechanism of the leaving barrel is a triangular flexible linkage mechanism,the vertical connecting rod and the oblique connecting rod are hinged together above the conveyor chain,the other ends of these two connecting rods are respectively hinged on the pin shaft of the chain,the chain between the two pin shafts is equivalent to a flexible rod. This kind of conveyor chain can effectively prevent the sudden acceleration of the barrel at the end of the conveyor line,and solve the material splashing problem due to sudden acceleration of the packaging barrel filled full of liquid material.
