丁香不同溶剂提取物抗氧化活性的研究

         

摘要

This research mainly studied the total phenols content of three different polar solvent ( chloroform, ethyl acetate,n-butanol) extracts of clove. Meanwhile, reducing power, DPPH radicals scavenging activity and metal-chelating (Fe2+ ) activity were also determined. The result showed that the polarity of the solvent extracts (n-butanol) was greater, the total phenols content of three different extracts was higher, and also exhibited higher reducing power, DPPH radicals scavenging activity and metal-chelating ( Fe2+ ) activity (P < 0.05 ) , and the concentration also exhibited significant correlation with the antioxidant activity of the extracts (P<0.05). And this result suggested that clove extracts exhibit stronger antioxidant activity, and different polar solvent have mainly influence on there antioxidant activity.%分别采用三种不同极性溶剂(氯仿、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇)提取丁香中抗氧化活性物质,测定了提取物总多酚含量,还原能力、DPPH自由基清除能力和Fe2+离子螯合能力等指标.结果表明,提取溶剂(正丁醇)极性越大,提取物总多酚含量越高,提取物的还原能力、自由基清除能力和Fe2+离子螯合能力越强(P<0.05),且浓度与溶剂提取物抗氧化活性大小呈现出显著相关性(P<0.05).丁香提取物具有很好的抗氧化活性,不同溶剂提取物对抗氧化活性有很大影响.
