西瓜内部空心与否是评价西瓜品质的重要指标.研究开发了一套用于检测西瓜内部空心的声学系统.通过计算信号接收点和敲击点间的声透过率参数(δ),借助TQ软件中判别分析函数(DA)分析判定西瓜内部是否空心.将6个加速度传感器同时贴于西瓜6个不同部位,选取较佳信号敲击和接收点组合.结果表明赤道部位可以获得更好的空心检测结果,检测准确率最高可达0.79.%Hollow in watermelon is an important index to evaluate watermelon internal quality. This re search developed an acoustic system for the detection of hollow in watermelon. Hollow in watermelon can be analyzed and discriminated by computing the acoustic penetration ratio ( 8 ) between signal receiving point and signal tapping point and depending on discriminatory analysis function (DA) in TQ software. Six acceler ation sensors were sticked in six different points on watermelon in order to select the optimal combination be tween signal receiving point and signal tapping point. The results showed that the equator part can have better prediction of hollow, and the accuracy of DA was relatively high with highest value of 0. 79.
