内压容器椭圆封头应力分析

         

摘要

Derivation of the stress formula for the transition joint of ellipsoidal head and the cyl‐inder is based on the membrane theory and torque theory ,and finite element method (FEM ) is a‐dopted to simulate the pressure vessel with ellipsoidal head subjected to internal pressure .Resist‐ance strain gauge method is used to illustrate the feasibility of the results obtained from theory and FEM analysis .The results show that there is no stress concentration zone in the equator of head ,and verge stress has certain limitation .%基于薄膜理论和有力矩理论,推导了椭圆封头与圆筒连接边缘区的应力公式。对1台内压容器椭圆封头进行了有限元仿真,并通过电阻应变测量法验证了理论解和有限元解的正确性。结果表明,边缘区的应力集中不在封头的赤道处,边缘应力具有一定的局限性。
