The energy consumption in water injection pump unit are analyzed in this paper to put forward power frequency no-throttling operation mode to reduce the pressure difference of the pump,along with related energy-saving technologies and experiences in oilfield surface production.%本文分析了注水泵机组能耗的组成，首次提出“工频无节流运行方式”降低泵管压差，阐述了油田地面生产节能的相关应用技术和经验体会。
