The industrial application of a novel C8 aromatics isomerization catalyst RIC-200 in the 2" large aromatics plant of Yangzi petrochemical company was introduced. The results indicated that the RIC-200 catalyst had several outstanding characteristics, namely high activity, high selectivity and simple starting-up. The isomerization activity, ethylbenzene conversion and C8 aromatics yield over the RIC-200 catalyst at the WHSV of 4.0 h-1 were 23.10%, 32.76% and 98.06%, respectively. Compared to the same type of catalysts, the RIC-200 catalyst has the distinct advantages of high ethylbenzene conversion, C8 aromatics yield and p-xylene yield.%介绍了中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发的新一代C8芳烃异构化催化剂RIC-200在中国石化扬子石化公司芳烃厂2+大型芳烃联合装置上的工业应用情况. 工业应用标定结果表明,RIC-200催化剂具有活性高、选择性高和开工过程简单的特点.在重时空速4.0h-1的条件下,RIC-200催化剂的标定结果为异构化活性23.10％、乙苯转化率32.76％、C8芳烃收率98.06％与国内外同类催化剂相比,RIC-200催化剂具有乙苯转化能力强、C8芳烃收率高和增产对二甲苯显著的优势.
