采油螺杆泵三维热力学分析及过盈调整方法

         

摘要

通过对油田广泛应用的采油螺杆泵定转子进行三维数值模拟,利用单向解耦的方法分析了螺杆泵定子内部温度场的分布及特点,分析了定转子过盈的变化规律及其对螺杆泵工作特性的影响.结果表明:在定子橡胶滞后热的作用下,定子型线发生了改变,导致定转子过盈产生非均匀性的变化.从改变定转子型线配合及啮合的角度,提出了新的螺杆泵过盈调整方法,即同时调整螺杆泵转子直径和偏心2个参数.现场试验结果表明:过盈调整螺杆泵在降低工作扭矩、提高系统效率方面展现出了明显的优势.截至2011年3月底,大庆油田试验了过盈调整螺杆泵井36口,最长免修期达592 d,平均工作扭矩降低了13.8个百分点,平均系统效率提高了10.5个百分点.%Through 3D numerical simulation to the rotor and stator of progressive cavity pump widely used in the oilfield and with the help of unidirectional decoupling method, the interior temperature field distribution and characteristics of the pump stator have been analyzed. At the same time, the change rules of the rotor-stator' s interference and, their influences on the operational performances of the pump are also figured out. The results show that acted by the lagged heat of the stator rubber, the changes of the stator' s profile line result in the interference and heterogeneous changes of the rotor-stator. From the angles of changing the matching and engagement of the profile line of the rotor and stator, a new interference adjusting method of the progressive cavity pump has been proposed, that is to, adjust the following two parameters simultaneously: one is the rotors diameter, the other is the eccentricity. The field test results indicate that the adjusted pump shows obvious superiorities on decreasing working torque and increasing the system efficiency. By the end of March 2011, the well number with the adjusted progressive cavity pump had been up to 36, the longest maintenance period had reached 592 d, the average working torque had reduced 13. 8 percents and the average system efficiency had increased 10. 5 percents.
