在150 mm × 3 400 mm倾角为45°的斜管实验装置上 ,以流化催化裂化催化剂(FCC催化剂)为固体颗粒物料 ,采用PV6型颗粒速度测量仪测量斜管内颗粒流下行过程中的不同径向位置的速度变化 ,研究斜管中颗粒流的分层流动特性 .结果表明 :随着下行颗粒流量的增大 ,颗粒流的速度在径向位置分层现象由表面延伸至整个截面 ,最后分层现象消失 ;颗粒速度的平均剪切率期望值可以很好的反应这种分层现象的变化 .%Using the catalyst for fluidized-bed catalytic cracking as solid particle materials ,the ve-locities at different radial positions in the downstream of particles in inclined tube ,with an obliquity of 45° ,were measured by PV6 particle velocity instrument .The stratified flow characteristics of the granular flow in the inclined tube was studied .The results showed that with the increase of mass flow rate of the downstream ,stratification firstly emerged at the surface ,gradually extended to the whole cross section ,and finally disappeared ;the changes of the stratification could be w ell reflected by the expected value of the average shear rate of the particle velocity .
