The article focus on the elderly in two urban danwei communities of Beijing to carry out the investigation.We test the effect of physical health and community social capital on the subjective well-being of the elderly in the danwei community through the empirical analysis.The results show that disability has significant negative effect on the subjective well-being of the elderly in the community,and the community social capital has significant positive effect on the subjective well-being of the elderly in the community.In the construction of the old community,the improvement of the community environment and the increase of the number of community services could wear off the negative impact of the disability on the subjective well-being.Community social capital has an impact on the elderly through the community service and community participation.%聚焦于城市单位制社区中的老年人,选取北京市两个单位制社区进行调查,通过实证分析检验了身体健康状况、社区社会资本对单位制社区老年人主观幸福感的显著影响.结果表明:失能项数对单位制社区老年人的主观幸福感存在显著的负向影响,社区社会资本对单位制社区老年人的主观幸福感存在显著的正向影响.在宜老社区的建设中,社区环境的改善和社区服务项数的增加调节了失能项数对主观幸福感的负向影响;社区社会资本则通过社区服务和社区参与对单位制社区老年人的主观幸福感产生影响.
